This deal does unfortunately not include a simulator being put in his jet as certain Markos falsely said but it is a serious partnership.
This partnership will see Max partnering with the brand bringing the EA sports logo onto his helmet while collaborating to create content for EA.
"Max is a tenacious competitor and true champion who shares a love of games and play. As he races in F1 history, we are excited to collaborate with him as one of the best athletes in teh world to bring more fans together through our EA Sports experience" the senior vice principle of EA said in an official press release.
Max said that "EA sports has always been a big part of my life" something I think we could have guessed as he has always championed sim racing and gaming.
We suspect this will include some opportunities to play online against or with Max yourself, something we will be trying to get in on!
